Un <b>\u00abFilet\u00bb<\/b> es un \u00abhilo\u00bb de agua que manaba de la <b>Acequia Mayor<\/b> y que recorr\u00edan a lo largo de estas calles para alimentar el suministro de almazaras, jaboner\u00edas, curtidores, tintorer\u00edas y otros usos que requer\u00edan de un caudal de agua. Al estar situadas una \u00abfuera\u00bb del <b>Raval,<\/b> lindando con los huertos, y otra \u00abdentro\u00bb del coraz\u00f3n del barrio, recibieron el nombre de <b>\u00abFilet de Fora\u00bb<\/b> y
